they cancelled my booking without letting me know, took my money, when i talked about it with the recepcionist she told me to send an email to the feedback team?? I sent alot of emails and also never got a message or the money back… apart from that it was good experience apart from going there onde day and some old dude was sleeping in the bed that I made

I couldn't get answers over mail nor booking.com. Noise from the road was loud, and curtains was to small for windows so i couldn't make darkness in the room.Now i need few mor charactes in this review but i told all i want.

It was too loud from 22:00 to 2:00 in the morning. Apparently there was a drinking party went on nearby rooms. I couldn't sleep that well. I don't think If I ever come back to Wien, I won't choose this accommodation again.

The location is good, close to public transport connections but a bit far from the touristic points. The reception was slow anyway only one lady there was more friendly and willing to talk but the others were not really happy about what they do. I had to wait long time in front of dest for any small question eventhough no other guest was waiting. They just keep themselves occupied and have no interaction with guest waiting there. Room clenness was good as I booked the hotel rooms. They are in the part of building far from other rooms so is more silent. Warm water for shower was getting cold every 10 seconds, while taking shower you experence from hot to freezing temperature. I was expecting worse before I check in based on the reviews about the dirty rooms, but it was not that bad. The price I assume was too high for a hostel, I could get better offers in city center but I was in Vienna to visit a family member and this was the closest based on location.
